The Faculty of Polish at University of Warsaw is composed of six institutes:

• the Institute of Polish Literature
• the Institute of the Polish Language
• the Institute of Polish Culture
• the Institute of Western and Southern Slavic Studies
• the Institute of Classical Studies
• the Institute of the Polish Language and Culture for Foreigners "Polonicum"
• the Department of General Linguistics and Baltic Studies research conducted in the Institute
